ki887 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ki887 may result in Account suspension or termination.
Each Player may register only one (1) Account on ki887. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. ki887 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ki887 will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
ki887 reserves the right to refuse Account registration, suspend, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including where ki887 reasonably suspects that the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 are not met, or where the Account is being used in breach of this Agreement.
As part of our KYC obligations, ki887 may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Accepted documents include government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilSys National ID) and proof of address.
All transactions on the ki887 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ki887 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your ki887 Wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. ki887 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. ki887 aims to process GCash withdrawals within minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. ki887 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct additional verification checks before releasing funds.
Withdrawal Conditions: You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. ki887 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation where fraud, money laundering, or breach of this Agreement is suspected.
ki887 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking institutions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
ki887 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms:
ki887 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom, and to suspend or terminate Accounts, where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to exploit bonus terms, or any other conduct that ki887 reasonably determines to be an attempt to circumvent the spirit of a promotion.
Each game available on the ki887 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and this Agreement, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and this Agreement shall prevail with respect to all other matters.
ki887 uses certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for all non-live casino games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are streamed from licensed studios using real dealers and physical equipment. ki887 does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, ki887 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Wallet. ki887 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to, engage in any of the following conduct while using the ki887 Platform:
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all Account balances (including real money and Bonus Funds), and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once activated, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. ki887 will use reasonable efforts to enforce self-exclusion but cannot guarantee that excluded Players will be prevented from accessing the Platform through all possible means.
ki887 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. If ki887 has reason to believe that a Player is under 21, the Account will be suspended pending age verification. Any winnings accrued by an underage Player will be forfeited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ki887 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
ki887's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ki887 Wallet in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ki887 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ki887 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform or its content.
Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude ki887's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
ki887 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
ki887 implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and ki887 cannot guarantee absolute security.
ki887 may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, where required by law or regulation.
ki887 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform, with at least seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulation.
Your continued use of the ki887 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your available balance prior to Account closure.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the ki887 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
